SOLAR SALES MANAGER
Manage Your Own Solar Business, Make a Difference and Become Financially Independent
Green Collar Crew, an Award Winning EPA Energy Star Partner of the Year, is seeking Solar Sales Managers to build and manage their own regional solar consulting and sales business.  Our mission is to help homeowners switch to solar to power their homes, save money and help the environment.  This partnership position is an excellent opportunity to manage your own solar business without having to spend the time, money and energy to create your own. 
 
Join our growing solar partnership and receive high financial reward, flexible work hours, independence and team work, solar energy, sales and business development training and a chance to make a concrete and measurable positive impact on our environment.  This position is a full time opportunity only.
 
WHERE YOU’LL WORK
We are based in Broomfield and service all regions in Colorado.  You will define your own geographic territory close to where you live in Colorado to be better able to support your Local Team and reduce drive time.  After completing our Solar Entrepreneurship Program, plan on joining our Company Team Meetings twice per month where you will receive continued sales and business development training and mentoring.
 
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Our Solar Sales Managers work independently and with Green Collar Crew Management.  You will be building your own Team of Solar Sales Representatives and will help them achieve success generating their own leads through typical social media outlets and public events but primarily by identifying interested homeowners going door to door.  You will soon add Energy Consultants to your Team to help you present solar proposals to your Clients and close projects.
 
After we help you establish your regional solar business, your primary focus will be solar energy consulting, marketing, lead generation and sales.  We'll take care of solar design, financing, installation and customer care.

WHAT YOU NEED
  • Business management, team management or sales experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree with relevant business management experience
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, discipline and a strong drive to achieve business success
  • Passion to make a difference and help our environment
  • We will provide you with the training, skills, tools, knowledge, platform and processes to ensure your business success.
 
FINANCIAL COMPENSATION YOU WILL RECEIVE
Successful Solar Sales Managers receive very high financial rewards for their work.  Compensation is provided by sales commissions, financial riders on your Team Members and Company profit sharing.  There is no financial cap on your success.

Help Homeowners Understand the Benefits of Switching to Solar Energy​

​Green Collar Crew, an Award Winning EPA Energy Star Partner of the Year, is seeking Solar Sales Representatives to help homeowners switch to solar to power their homes, save money and help the environment.  This position is an excellent opportunity to enter or expand into the growing solar industry and make a real difference. 
 
Join our growing Team and receive high financial reward, an opportunity for a $5,000 New Partner Bonus, flexible work hours, independence and team work, solar energy and sales training, advancement opportunities to become a Solar Energy Consultant or Sales Manager and a chance to make a concrete and measurable positive impact on our environment.  Part time or full time opportunities are available.
 
WHERE YOU’LL WORK
We are based in Broomfield, CO and service the Denver to Boulder Front Range region.  You will define your own geographic territory close to where you live in Colorado to reduce drive time.  Plan on joining our Team Meetings once or twice per week where you will receive continued training and professional development mentoring.
 
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Our Solar Sales Representatives work independently and with a Sales Team.  You will be generating your own leads through typical social media outlets and public events but primarily by identifying interested homeowners going door to door.  You will not be hard-selling solar but rather generating interest and scheduling Solar Design Reviews.
  • Self-generate leads through social media and public events
  • Self-generate leads by canvassing select neighborhoods
  • Participate in initial training to help ensure your success – no experience necessary
  • Attend weekly Team Meetings for ongoing training and support
 
WHAT YOU NEED
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation and discipline
  • Passion to make a difference and help our environment
  • Willingness to work outside in various weather conditions
  • Driver’s license and transportation
  • High school or equivalent degree
  • Internet enabled mobile device (ipad or similar recommended)
  • Prior sales experience a plus but not required
  • We will provide you with state of the art software and platform to support your work
 
FINANCIAL COMPENSATION YOU WILL RECEIVE
Generating leads is hard work and require not only self-motivation but also discipline.  Successful Representatives receive high financial rewards for their work.  Compensation is provided by payments for scheduling appointments plus commissions for closed homeowner solar projects.
  • Initial $25/hr Base + Commission + $2k New Partner Bonus
  • $50k+ is possible for even part time Solar Sales Representatives
  • $150k+ is possible for full time Representatives with no cap on income
  • Monthly bonus opportunities
  • Bi-weekly payments
